The anchor claimed he was reporting from Timeline 34-Omega, a world where humanity died out in 1887 after "the Smoke Above the Sun" blocked daylight. He then warned viewers:

Moments later, snes viewers reported an immediate sensation of déjà vu—followed by the discovery that certain childhood memories were suddenly wrong. A Mandela Effect wave was recorded: retro gaming popular logos changed, city names shifted spelling, and one woman’s wedding ring vanished from her hand.
